Healing is Not a Race — Poem №30

Healing’s not a race
Slowing down my pace
Creating more space
For more feelings, tears and screams
Minimizing screens
Nature soothes us best
Alleviates the stress
Leaves me calmer, grateful, blessed
Healing isn’t pain
Thunderstorms and rain
Healing can be joy
Trust, surrender, breathe deploy
Healing could be change
Boundaries in range
Could strengthen the weak
Healing could be how you speak
Exposing the truth
Mentoring the youth
Healing could be chill
Not just harsh, though it will
Happen either way
Despite words that you may say
Everyone’s alive
Yes, but we all want to thrive
Good luck to you all
Healing path, is never small
